Light Fixtures Recalled After Reports of Units Falling

The recalled lighting fixtures are designed for areas that require low mounting heights and are used in parking garages, stairwells, entrances or aisles. The fixtures have a heavy-duty aluminum housing with either a white or a dark bronze finish and a glass lens. Their installed width is approximately 13 inches. The TGL and TGR series fixtures are not included in this recall, as these fixtures have a different mounting mechanism.. Recalled by Lithonia Lighting division of Acuity Lighting Group Inc. of Conyers, Ga.. Units affected: About 1,100 units.

Two nuts in a mounting mechanism of these light fixtures were not attached. The fixture could detach, fall and possibly hit consumers.
