WASHINGTON, May 14, 2015 AA Poultry Processing, LLC, a Ridgeland, Wis. establishment, is recalling approximately 2,191 pounds of chicken and 21 pounds of turkey products, which may have been contaminated with trichloro-s-triazinetrione, which is not approved for use in poultry processing, the U.S. Department of Agricultures Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced today.
