WHEN THE SPEED CONTROL "ON/OFF" SWITCH IS PRESSED ONCE TO TURN THE UNIT OFF, THE THROTTLE DOES NOT RETURN TO IDLE. WHEN THE "ON/OFF" SWITCH IS PRESSED A SECOND TIME, THE THROTTLE WILL RETURN TO IDLE.
