Serial numbers involved in this recall include: PL21-9301-000 through PL21-9510-099. The serial number is printed on the back of the weight stack frame on the lower right. Model number PL2100 is printed on the exercise procedure label on the front of the machine. The Paramount Fitness logo is printed vertically on the frame.
