DUE TO A CALIBRATION ERROR IN THE ECM SOFTWARE, IN THE EVENT OF A FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION OF THE BRAKE PEDAL SWITCH, APPLICATION OF THE BRAKE PEDAL WILL NOT CAUSE THE CRUISE CONTROL TO BE CANCELED.
