The 13-, 14- and 17-watt white bulbs were sold in longneck and shortneck models and have the KolourOne logo printed on the neck of the bulb. Product numbers beginning with S89XX or S90XX are printed below the logo. Lot numbers are printed on the outer rim of the optical lens and those with the letter "A" in the last character position are not included in the recall.
