This recall involves the following wooden toys and a plastic military vehicle toy playset. The style number, UPC codes and "Soldier Bear" logo are printed on the toy's packaging. Recalled by First Learning Company Ltd, of Hong Kong (wooden toys). Units affected: About 11,400.

The surface paint on the toys contains excessive levels of lead, violating the federal lead paint standard.

Consumers should immediately take the recalled toys away from children and return them to the nearest AAFES store for a full refund.
