This recall involves Philips "Lightolier" brand AF4SY decorative glass lenses used on various types of light fixtures. The clear glass lens, used to "soften" light with an additional lens layer, is 4 ¾ inches in diameter and 1/8 inch thick. The lenses were manufactured between January 2007 and December 2013.
